issues dual booting

im having issues with my boot...im dual booting xp and vista (or trying) but when i boot up it automatically is booting vista and not giving me a choice in the matter and i dont know how to change it


i have them both on the same hdd...and i had them working once but had to reformat xp and in doing so i had to reinstall vista too...now im stuck on vista with xp taking up like 120 gig and not being able to log onto it
