We're having a problem with a Server2003 box communicating with a host using SSL. The following error message was in the log:
Feb 21, 16:20:03 [1880] SendSSLMessageBlocking: Error 12057 ; make sure host name is spelled correctly...
We can ping the host by name (URL) and by IP address; if we do a trace route, it goes to the host with the expected number of hops, through the proper routers. But, every time we try our application, we get the same error. Tech support at the host says they aren't blocking ANYTHING from us. Our firewall isn't blocking any outgoing SSL. ???
Any ideas?
