power connector on ram fan

does the power connector on the CORSAIR CMXAF1 Fans connect to teh mobo or directly to the psu? im just wondering if i need to find a certain mobo

Looks like it plugs into a case fan header on the motherboard. If you have case fans to the mobo already, would connect them to the PSU and just have the Corsair to the mobo.
