Asus 7950 GT driver update help

imtrying to update my brothers driver for an asus 7950 GT and i found 2 different set of drivers
one from asus
and another from Nvidea
my driver version is 6.14.10.9371
i notice that when i play BF2 and BF2142 sometiomes the shaders look funky in the far distance
maybe there is an update for my card but i dont know if i should go with the one from ASUS or the one from Nvidea...

Nvidia has driver archives so you can try several versions. You have 93.71 right now.
