Hi,
I've got a Coolermaster 650W Extreme power supply. It has two +12V rails at 18A each. The 8800GTS requres 26A on the +12V rail (i think). Will my PSU be adequate? Do the +12V rails combine for one graphics card (making 36A), or are they completely independant?
Any help appreciated.

USUALLY the graphics card will run on much less than is recamended im not going to say that it WILL run. But i will say that most likely youd be good to go.

That will be fine I have seen a few machines running the 8800 GTS with less output and it runs fine.

That is plenty.

Minimum of a 400 Watt power supply.

I'm pretty sure that this is based on a single 12v rail PSU, which would indeed need much more amps in order to push the CPU, GPU, and anything else in the system. Your good to go.
