When i put in a new video card do i have t uninstall it from the device manager then install the new one. and will a 305 PSU handle the new 8300 Gt?

yeah unistall video drivers, put in the new card, install new drivers

and i would'nt put a 300PSU with a 6800

I doubt a 305 will be able to handle it.
