New Router

Hey guys today the family router died,its a belkin-pre n router its been going good till now. the wifi on it keep going on and off, called tech support and just got attitude from some forien county representative, soooooo, the household is looking for a new router. we need one with good security, and be able to provide sufficient speed to provide for a XBOX 360 and 6 computers (5 regular net users, and one gamer...me:cool: ) any suggestions?

I personally like Linksys, currently running a WRT54GS - v3, had it for at least 2 years, runs great. Recently installed dd-wrt software on it, which allows much more tweaking of the router.

Pretty much all the "senior" members here will recommend the linksys WRT54G-L. It's the same as the older versions of the WRT54G no suffix, as opposed to the newer versions that are horribly crippled.
