Welcome to PC-Mechanic knight rider,
How about some specs about your computer, and what type of Anti-virus, spyware / malware programs do you use, or have you used.

What do you mean by "sending out random programs"

You probably have more spyware/malware or a virus that needs cleaning out. You may need to download and run Spybot, Ad-Aware and an antivirus program.:)
