hello guys, I have problem to play video clips on a dvd, on a system that I have.
win.2000, media player do not play dvd, I have tried windvd but do'nt play wiht out a dsl internet connection.
what other software do you recomend me t use.

I think you may have misunderstood something.
The trial version does not require an internet connection you only need the net to buy the registry key for it.
Nothing says you can't transfer the program and the key, should you decide to buy it, from the net connected computer to the Windows 2000 machine and install it there.
WinDVD 4 or 5 should work well for Windows 2000

Media Player in Win 2000 will not play DVDs on it's own since it doesn't have the codecs for it.

ok. I dowload a clptex sofware and it is working but it having problem with sound, it's like have interruption, noisy.
any idea wy.

Does it do that on all DVDs or just that one with the clips?

Try VLC...I haven't had a problem playing DVDs on it, other than the hotspots on the menus being a little off center.
