Ok so I sent my iPod in for repair. Feb, 26th I send in the repair request; Feb 28th I receive the shipping box. I send it away same day and they receive it March 1st and 2 days later I look in my mail and there is my iPod again.
Efficient, quality service from Apple? Absolutly.
