Hi guys, i hope u all can help me. since last 2 days, i am unable to browse the internet on my computer because the internet connection is in 'limited or no connectivity'
For your information, i'm using AZtech Wireless G ADSL Router which is shared by 4 desktop and around 3 laptop in my house.
I had tried to shutdown the router then start it again but still dont fix the problem.
I also had tried the tips by " Help and support centre > To test a TCP/IP configuration by using the ping command " and follow its command. I faced a problem because the command ask me to ping the default gateway (after pingging the IP address) because i dont know my default gateway numbers.:( How to get this????
Following link show my network connection details compare to my frenz's. http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o42/astromas/banding.jpg
What should I do? when i clik at Repair on the network icon, it is stated that cannot renew my ip address
Please somebody help me.

What modem are you using? have you tried connecting one computer hardwired directly to the modem?

I connect phone line with my Aztech Wireless G ADSL ROUTER then my computer to the router using cable (My desktop use cable not wireless). I think that the router already acted as modem. Is it?
Another computer cabled or wireless through this router are having no problem surfing the internet.
I think my network diagnostic willl help you on understand my problem. http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o42/astromas/dfsdfd.jpg

Try clearing the DNS cache on the machine with the problem.
Click Start and then Run
In the run box type cmd
At the command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns
Don't forget the space before /

I've been having the same problem when I try to connect my laptop hardwired to the cable modem rather than wireless.
Would that have to be used each time after the use of Adware removal? If so then what settings do I need to put in my Adware so I can still use it without running into this problem?
It's not going to happen every time - only when it removes adware that has modified the Winsock. Just keep the winsockfix software in a utilities folder on the hard drive and run it when you have to.

No it's not that. The WinsockFix.exe offered by Softpedia.com doesn't work on all computers/PCs. Try downloading version 1.2 of the software rather than version 1.0.1, 1.1, or any 1.xxx; they seemed to have fixed it for that version. Hope you get your net back.

There's 1.2.
