Constant noise from speakers

Good morning all. Hopefully I am in the right place for this. I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that has noise coming from the speakers. This happens whether I'm using the laptop or not. The noise comes from both the internal speakers and external speakers. Is there an easy fix for this or am I looking at replacing the mother board?
