LOTUS NOTES 7 "Could not fintemplates" errord any Web Navigator

Hello, I am having problems with one of my users.

in Lotus notes 7 I am getting the error message "Could not find any Web Navigator templates"

This just means within notes the user cant browser the links in an e-mail when pressed.

I have tried changing the browser to Notes with Internet Explorer in the setting and this doesn’t work.

I have also tried this:

In the \Lotus\Notes\Data directory there are two files:
- perweb.nsf
- perweb50.ntf

When the user open something from internet Notes look for perweb.nsf file, if could not find this file, Notes try to create a new perweb.nsf using perweb50.ntf template.
If perweb50.ntf file don't exist then
"Could not find any Web Navigator templates" error appears.

Copy perweb50.ntf file in the \Lotus\Notes\Data directory of the user.


But this doesn’t work either,

Does any one know?

I know that it's possible to repair Lotus but I've never had to do it.
