Hello all,

Back about a year ago I installed Red Hat on my old machine (I was trying to learn how to use Linux). Well I haven't learned much and now I would like to format the drive and install Win 2000. The problem is not only I don't know how to do it in Linux I also have no clue what software in linux I have to use to partition and format the drive. Oh and I forgot the login pw, so now I cant even login.
Can someone point me to a site that will explain step by step what software I need and how do I fdisk that little bastard.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Faba, have you tried sticking in your W2K CD and going through setup. You should be able to do this, then delete your Linux partitions and make new ones. Then W2K will format the drive for you.

Hmm, u know I'll try that. I'll ask my friends for Win2k CD.

Thank you.
