Lotus Notes 7 e-mail addresses

Another problem I seem to be having is an issue with the address line on my e-mail.


If I typed the first few letters of a name, eg. Dec (for Declan) then one e-mail address would appear, but if it was not the "correct Declan" then I could use the up or down arrows to scroll through the addresses in the memory and chose the correct one.

I can no longer scroll – does anyone know how to fix this?

So you're getting a lot of "little" problems in Lotus after a long spell with no trouble?
Is there a specific date when all this started?

Hi Pam,

Yeah there is no particular time this started happening. This is a separate issue from the other problem.

I have recently moved jobs and am supporting around 50 users who use lotus notes as their e-mail system.

I haven’t really supported it before and are mainly use to Outlook so am a little rusty.

Any help from anyone would be nice.
