Lotus Notes 7 Calendar

I am trying to use the Lotus Notes Calendar as effectively as possible, however I seem to have a query.

If you have scheduled a meeting and the other person invited declines due to holiday etc, then clearly the meeting will not happen, how do you get this to update on your calendar on automatic receipt of the decline?
