deleting a temp file

Hello people....ran easy cleaner today (reg cleaner ) pretty good use it all the time ....Found in unecessary files ...~DF4BAFA.tmp...............tried to remove it with the cleanerand in file search....couldn't do it ..in fact in file search it didn't find it......soooo...resort to cmd take it all the way Documents and settings\admin\Local settings\Temp and then del ~DF4BFA...can't find it ???????......what the , who the ?

Hi Pam .....fixed it just rebooted into safe mode and ran the registry cleaner....
