Ok, so forget the sound issues that I was having. I re-installed the game anyways, but it says that I am missing some fairly obscure files. First off, it tells me that I am missing a .dll file from MS Office 12. MSOXMLMF.dll to be exact. Thinking that was odd, I go and grab it online (hoorah for free .dlls) and when I go to put it into the MSO 12 folder, it says I already have it, but the new one is a few kilobytes smaller than the original. Thinking that its only a trial of Office anyways, I just replace the old one for kicks. So now I can get past the initial autorun screen (it wouldn't even load the first time because of my 'missing' .dll file). HOWEVER, now I get ANOTHER error about a missing file. I had to click cancel and exit the installer, but when I tried to re-create the problem to get the file name, the installation started. Problem is, it asks for Disc 2, which I put in, and then won't seem to accept the fact that it is there. I click on 'OK', but the window just stays there.
Any ideas why this might happen?
