I am trying to help my colleague to read his mails from home using the webmail. But when he starts to type in his username and password, he got an error message that says " HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden."
This only happens to his account/profile whereas the others can easily access their webmail from home.
I went to look for answers from Microsoft and this is what they suggests:
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use one of the following methods:
• Add a secondary Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) address to the affected user. The secondary SMTP address should have the following format:
abcasp@domain.com
• Remove the IIS restriction that prevents ASP pages from loading.
But I do not know where and how to go about doing it. This article did not provide step-by-step solutions. Please help.
Thank you.
