It just Beeps

I am currently trying to upgrade my system, Please help
Old system
400 watt power supply
AMD Athlon 3200 2 Gig
1 Gig Ram 400Hz
180 Gig HD
not sure of motherboard

Upgrading with
new MSI K 8 N Neo4-F Motherboard socket 939 and
AMD Athlon 64 4000 @ 2.2 Gig
When I installed and started up I get no display all drive lights are on and it just beeps continiously:confused:

Moved to Build your own PC.

Follow the steps in this thread. Do you still get the same beeps when the system is built in this way?

Thanks for the help, It still beeps, sent it back, 30 days was getting close
