Project Reality: BF2 mod:
Anyone play this? I was getting sick of BF2, and than I discovered this mod. Now I'm addicted again. It's goal is to make the game more realistic, which is does a good job at. It's a big download (1.4 i think) but it comes with quite a few new maps and alot of changes. Some of the changes:
No crosshairs, have to site down your weapon, making it much harder to hit something.
Respawning- takes awhile to respond, and the more you die, the longer it takes...makes you rethink you're running and gunning.
New modes- one of the best things, it has escort the VIP, rescue the downed pilot, changes some of the capture the flag rules...
New weapons, vehicles, sounds, blood,etc...the sound effects of the bullets cracking over your head is pretty cool.
Really promotes squadding up, as you normally don't survive long as a lone soldier.
Overall a very cool mod!
