Ordered hard drive from Ziozoomfly and asked that it be delivered on the FEDEX 2 day delivery, paying the extra $1.99 charge. while this isn't much i needed the drive on Monday for customer as going out of town Tues morn. order accepted and shippped Thursday according to Zipzoomfly..received the drive on Tues of the following week which would probably be normal shipping..complained, no apology just informed it took them several days to package and process-not what my order status said. also ordered XFX video card in Nov last year from Zipzoomfly with $40.00 rebate. sent in rebate but they kept asking for street address which i furnished 4 or 5 times but they kept sending to some wild street address and ignored my new street address sent each time they said "MUST HAVE STREET ADDRESS TO SEND REBATE TO". Got an email yesterday that since they didn't have street address they were not sending rebate....how many times do i have to send them my street address???????????// bunch of baloney ..consider yourself lucky if any rebate is given and depend on what Newegg tells you..good company, dependable..

Was this a mfg rebate or through ZZF? The mfg rebates aren't really controlled by ZZF. The main job that rebate places have is figuring out how to void a rebate.

I hate rebates and avoid them like the plague. I'd rather get instant savings from a real sale price.

Course last Friday was all but a National Holiday for many people....Those that didn't take Friday off, took Monday...
You can't blame either company - you forgot about the holiday (should have ordered overnight instead of 2 day) and rebates are all handled by fulfillment houses, not manufacturers or vendors.

Well, I'd have to ask why you didn't go with Newegg in the first place...
Now, I was in a situation like yours a while back - newegg didn't have the part I needed, ZZF was the best alternative, and they were absolutely horrible. Ended up cancelling the order after a month of BSing around with their customer 'service' and sales department (and, keep in mind - still no product.)
