Hey, right now i have a amd 3200+ and im am soon getting an intel quad core. I wanna over clock that to 3.2 when i get it. Do you guys have any recommendations on a not very expensive liquid cooling system that witll fit? Idk if it fits the processor or the motherboard. Also whats the best overclocking guide? thanks!

Liquid cooling has some great advantages but is not something you just buy a kit for and "plug" in. For a proper loop, depending on what you want to water cool, will take big bucks ($150-400) and time/patience. Custom is key.
No such thing as a cheap water loop. But if your still interested, take a look at THIS (http://forum.pcmech.com/showpost.php?p=1143288&postcount=8) post and the second guide I linked in it. Should give you a general idea of what your getting yourself in to.
Which quad core are you looking in to? They should hit 3.2g without much fuss. Some with *stock* cooling. And a decent aircooler shouldn't cost more then $50. You'll need a motherboard that supports intel quad's.
Look at the overclocking stickies up top. Then move to google. Just a word of warning. I would suggest you not follow guides that tell you word for word what to type in. Use it as a general guideline.

Better to come here and ask, even after you've read all of that BEFORE you start. Mr.F's right learn all of your basics before you start installing NASA-Grade components.

I believe that as a rule, anybody that has to ask for an overclocking guide does not have any business OCing their machine. Why? OCing a machine is a very personal and delicate process. Things can and most likely will go wrong. If you're going to OC your rig, you should do some research on your own first. Use google to find a few OCing forums and read a LOT - as much information as you can; otherwise you run unnecessary risks with your equipment.
That said, good luck!
I've found that performance-pcs.com and frozencpu.com are great places to find watercooling gear. There's always newegg, but their selection is quite paltry. There's also jab-tech and svc.com (this is the place to get arctic silver from w/ free shipping).
Also, which PSU do you have?
