You know, I used to be fairly contented with my EZ Cool Eclipse case.
It had good ventilation, big handles (oo-err) and looked okay. We'd while the hours away, laughing, playing games and enjoying life...
Until last week.
On an unusual trip to Overclockers (I had to go, I really did), I noticed some dusty ex display-cases under a display setup. I enquired "excuse me my good man, how much for the Akasa Eclipse", "we'll give you it for £30" the corpulent chap responded, "sold" said I!
The Eclipse came with nothing except for a neon tube, the neon controller box, and two fans....
This is the first time I've had an all aluminium good quality case and what a difference! No sharp edges, no fiddling with the USB connectors, and talk about room and looks.
So, I say to you all looking for a new case - ask your local suppliers for ex-demo specials. Or, if you live in the UK Midlands, get your bottoms over to Overclockers as they have an ex-demo Coolermaster Stacker and it's a beast (but a big toooo big for me).
