i emptied out my coolant from my liquid cooling system to change the pump and then refilled the same coolant. when the pump is running the coolant gets foamed up. when i turn the pump off the liquid cools down.
do you think this is a purely physical property of the liquid or it came in contact with a another chemical. what im worried about is that the cooling and anti-corrosive properties would be deminished and my expensive setup would corrode.

Full specs..

What coolant did you exactly use? And in what concentration?

My guess is that its just bleeding the bubbles.

its 33-64 mix.
exactly like on the specs. i mean i had the concentration already in the system and the air bleed in like 30 seconds.
somehow the substance was magicly damaged.

these are my specs
swiftech pump, dangerden radiator, thermaltake block and innovatek collant.
i have swiftech coolant but i dont wanna torture myself unneserealy (gotta flush the system then fill it- big headache)

Hold up, so aren't the parts in your loop all copper? If so, you really dont need that much if any coolant. I would've probably done something like a 80/20 or 90/10 (water:coolant) mix anyway.

Did you use a lower concentration of coolant before?

Also keep in mind that the swiftech pump, im guessing its the MCP655, is a very strong one. Mine took a good day or two to fully bleed all those little foam like air bubbles.

i am nicolaus corelius 's brother, and the solution to the foaming was simple he just would not believe me that teh coolent was clean
there was nothing wrong with the coolent, the foaming was caused by the pumps speed,
the speed was at 5 (max) when i took it down to 3 the fomaing stoped in matter of minutes,
nicolaus corelius was arguaing with me for hours since i am the one who constructed the coolong system.

PS sorry big bro had to write this

I suspected that too, thats why I kept asking about the air bubbles :D.

But yeah that MCP655/D5 is a powerful pump, I had such foaming for a day and a half before it bleed totally.

If the job is being done in the level 3 setting, then go with it. It will reduce the flowrate/head pressure though, but with your unrestrictive components, you should not see any drastic temperature changes.
