Earthlink pop-up blocker

I changed ISP's and there was no uninstall for earthlink and it was not listed in the add/remove programs (XP-Home w/sp2) So I went to edited the registry to remove all references to earthlink and then had to go into safe mode in order to remove the earthlink folders. Everything is ok, except everytime I try to open a new window...even opening a folder on my HD...I get a "Installing Earthlink Pop-Up Blocker" box and I have to close it 2 or 3 times before my folders open. I can't find the program in order to delete it...
