Now a days I am having spy ware problem in my pc . I use Adware-spyware SE , spy bot and AVG internet security all are updated regularly. to remove unnecessary files I use to ccleaner.
Even having all that stuff my pc got infected with Horsetrojan and spy ware problem which time to time sweeping my desktop icon when I use to refress and warning advertisement to download different type of software also appear.
A spyware `Smitfraud-c.toolbar 888` always present and whenever I run spybot scan Its again appear. All other minor horsetrojan healed by avg internet security which later I use to delete from virusvault.I forbit my self to format that root directory of the system.
Can any one help me that what I have to do .Is there any good software to safe permanently with these type of problem.
I am using winxp sp-2, IE v6 along with Google toolbar

Here (http://www.spywareremove.com/removeSmithfraud.html) is another one that I used. I have to say that it was one of the most difficult ones that I have ever had to remove.

I have to say that it was one of the most difficult ones that I have ever had to remove.Me too. I worked on a computer that got hit with that and had to run the Smitfraud remover several times in order to get the computer clean. If I remember correctly, I worked on that computer for 3 days before it was working smoothly again.
I understand there may be newer spyware that is just as bad or worse now. I can't remember the name of it but remember reading about it on some security web site earlier this year. Haven't seen it yet but I heard it's extra nasty and really difficult the clean.

Dear Panama Red,
Thanks for your post but its not well to go through as I tried it.
I tried your suggested software but its only work when I purchase it. I am still not sure even then it will work.As it is not tested by any reliable agency and certified as I gone through the history

dear Mairving, thanks for your reply post, I could not get success to go through your post.Really I tried a lot and fixed number of time but again and again Smith fraud appear.I also posted to spy bot for this solution and their team working for the solution and hope to find solution soon. As you might know spybot is one of the authentic for users.

It seems like I had to manually remove some registry keys listed in the manual removal instructions. That and about 50 reboots and rescans fixed it.

Really I surprised to see the performance Since it totally get rid of Smithfraud toolbar from my pc thanks God and a friend of my locals. Although I again uninstaled that one Cause it conflict with my dial up net connection.Really I feel happy to inform you so that you can share this problem to others. Its very quick and automatic only to run the scan full system.
