Hi,
Just a question.
Is there such a DVD-WRITER which is region free?!

Do you mean a DVD Burner that can burn discs as region free?
This is certainly possible with the right burning software yes. You can simply select "Make this disc Region free" during the burn process. I can do this with DVD Shrink.

Ok.
So I can burn a region-free DVD with software.
How about reading disc from multiple region? Can I do this with software too? Or the hardware?

I know that the software I suggested (AnyDVD) will also allow you to read DVDs region free too.

So I can get DVD writer of any region and use that software and it will allow me to read other regions too?
Or must I get specific DVD writer?

Yep... AnyDVD can remove the RPC region code, thereby making the movie region free and viewable on any DVD player and with any DVD player software.
