I used OneCare a few days ago to do a registry cleanup comparison with CCleaner, it ran really well and did find plenty of bad registry entries, as to if it is any better, it is difficult to say at this early stage, CCleaner didn't find any other bad registry entries when I ran it after OneCare.
I am going to give it a good run out and see what happens.
