What is the best way to cover internet tracks and such so no one can see what your doing or spy on you. Like any programs, proxies or such.

The best way is to not go where you shouldn't be going in the eyes of the potential parent or boss watching you...

The best way is to not go where you shouldn't be going in the eyes of the potential parent or boss watching you...I have to agree...if you don't go to questionable sites you'll have nothing to worry about.
There are cleaners for such things but if someone really need to know there are ways to find out just where you've been on-line.

Ditto what was said above.
If you are still looking for something though, a simple, free approach is CCleaner.

You can use a portable version of firefox installed on a usb flash drive for increased personal security and convenience when traveling or in other situations:

They claim it leaves no personal info behind on the computer you are using. While that is probably an accurate claim, anyone monitoring the IP address of your computer(eg many employers) can tell exactly what traffic is going on with that IP using many common tools regardless of what type of browser you are using.

Sorry, never heard of it.
When my nephew was younger and visited porn sites a lot he used Window Washer by Webroot to clean off his computer.
