I have purchased several subscriptions to Spyware Dr. v.4.0. One of the subscriptions is expiring-so I want to change to one of the newer ones but I can't seems to delete whatever is necessary that contains the "original" registration code. I have been into the registry & deleted everything I could find; I went into C: Local Settings, etc. but it doesn't delete whatever needs deleting. I could use some suggestions; Thanks!

I wouldnt use that program if you paid me...

As far as I am concerned it is Spyware itself...A customer installed it by acident and it wouldnt allow internet conection until the program was registered...

well if you cant get on the net you cant register...

un-install it and it was fine...had several instances like this....

Yes! I did uninstall it in "Safe Mode" and when I re-install so I could use another registration code the old still is on the computer; but where it is I have no idea.

Maybe you need to post a HJT log at a forum that helps in removing problems that act like malware.
