From the bios

Ok say i buy ASUS Striker Extreme LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX ......i enter the bios and what will i see where will i go to overclock?

i still am a bit shakey on this

also anyone know what kinda cooling i should get for this maybe a link to a purchase page

i am planning to overclock with Intel Core 2 Extreme X6800 Conroe 2.93GHz LGA 775 Processor Model and mushkin 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
