Ok, I am computer illiterate, but have access to a brother who knows what he's doing. However, he refuses to help because he says I have to learn to fix things.

Awhile ago, I got a virus. My internet has been running slower, and my computer is just full of trojans. I have Nortan, Spybot, and Adware, but they could only remove so much. I ran hijackthis and this was my logfile

I recently bought a Zune, and for some reason I can't run the software. Could it be cause of the virus? I'm running on XP home edition, do I need another OS?

Again, I don't really know what I'm talking about. But any help is appreciated.

If your Norton’s is updated, it should theoretically remove any viruses you have, or at least identify them. What makes you think your system is full of Trojans?

Have you tried an online virus scan? Panda Software is one I have used before with success at diagnosing problems. Here is the site:
