Ok so, my current computer was great 4years ago but now is struggling with the new games out. (Mainly it can't run SupComm)

So with the help of my friends i have put together the following parts that i would need, but have need a few questions answered in order to save my self $100

New parts:

http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16822148230

(comes to like $607 with shipping)
Parts i am keeping:
My old case with its 420W psu (ATX)
Old harddrive Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 SATA 120-GB Hard Drive
Old CDRW/DVD drive (Would have to check the exact make if its an issue)
19" LCD moniter
Microsoft keyboard
Logitech MX1000 Laser Cordless Mouse

My main questions:
1. Do i really need to buy a new copy of XP? i ask this because my plan was to just use my old harddrive to basically just boot the computer off of and put all my games on the new one.
2. Will the 420W psu supply enough power to run all of my new stuff?

Any other input people have besides my questions will be helpful

BIOSTAR is an OK brand, but I'd rather see something like an ASUS. But, that'll probably cost more.

1)You shouldn't have a problem re-using the XP copy you have if you won't be using it on two computers at the same time. You'll be best off doing a fresh install though.
2)Does the PSU have a 24 pin (vs. 20 pin) connector and a 6 pin PCI-E power connector? If not, you should get a new PSU. The nVidia 8 series has a pretty hefty power requirement.

2. Will the 420W psu supply enough power to run all of my new stuff?lWhat brand is it? If the 420 watt PSU was the original PSU in your 4 year old rig I don't think it'll power the new one very easily. Best to get a new good quality ATX 2.0 PSU that will really meet your system's power requirements.

EDIT: i didn't rerfresh before i posted, so I missed you post. But the FSP is a much more quality PSU than the Xclio...and with PSUs Quality Matters!
