I have a system with windows 2k. I am receiving a mesenger service pop up all the time
I know there is a fix, can sameone help me with this info. please.

That is spam in Windows Messenger service.

Go to Control Panel then Administrative Tools and double click Services to open it.
Find the "Messenger" service, stop the service, and disable it.
