Have you run a full antivirus scan? A HiJackThis run might help give clues, too: read the sticky (http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=103171) on it.

Try running CC cleaner, i have got rid of some nasty stuff with that program. Run the Cleaner and the registry cleaner as well.

Those all seem to be part of the Vundo Virus (Winfixer) - which will explain the pop-ups you get.
I would remove McAfee and install AVG Free Anti-virus as it has detected and removed most of the infection for me in the past - you might have to run the scans in Safe-Mode to aid removal.
Also, AVG Anti-Spyware will help. Personally, I like to remove all junk files before running scans - CCleaner does the job.
INstall those applications, update, run full system scans (maybe in Safe-Mode) and then post back logs.
