Spoof attack from laptop

Looking at my router logs, I notice this oddity:

17:16:53 Spoof Attack fromd MAC(00-a0-d1-34-c0-73) Detect,

Jul/05/2007 17:16:53 Target IP(64.12.189.217), Target Port(443) Packet Dropped
Jul/05/2007 17:16:53 Spoof IP(192.168.0.103), Spoof Port(3331)

This is from my daughter mac address. I'm pretty sure she has a "bug" in her laptop. (duh)
It's a Toshiba running XP Home.

She uses AVG anti-virus, do we need mal-ware, root kit, etc?

Ok, I've run every anti-malware, spyware, rootkit, and even the microsoft malware download. This thing still attacks my router and this is the first time I've seen this ominous message:

Jul/09/2007 09:51:34 Ping of Death Detect 85.177.255.185:33467 75.19.183.139:46272 Packet Dropped

I'm open to any ideas!!!!!
