XP problems w/IE, Office, Outlook Express

Hey,

So XP has decided to have a bad day for me. Without warning, XP will not allow me to access Outlook Express (all it gives me is a black box), Internet Explorer gives me a "Failed to load CTFLoader" error, and I get a "Failed to load CTFMon.exe" error if i try Microsoft office, tried repairing windows from cd and reinstalled office and IE and nothing. Any advice would be great, any additional info you need, just ask.

Might be daft but have you scanned for malware? Last time I had an error like that was due to either a dodgy Windows Update or malware.

Just a wild stab in the dark, but should give you something to do whilst waiting.
