Mailbox Limit Size

Hello guys,

I have a question here. My company's email server is frequently down and there is an error message " cannot start microsoft office outlook. unable to open the outlook window. the set of folders could not be opened"

I guess this could be because of the huge mailbox size in one of the user's mailbox. I advised users to archive or back up their emails to a removable storage.

But is there any tracking device that can automatically inform users to archive or back up their emails?

I'm sure you know this, but....You can set all machines to automatically archive and or backup their mail.
