I plan on ordering everything this weekend when the price cuts come. Do you guys see any problems/ have any opinions on how to make this list better? I need this to last me for the next 3-4 years. Only thing I plan on upgrading in a couple years is possibly a new GPU and some extra memory.

Samsung HDs are not that great. I would look for Seagate 7200.10 line
just a reminder that using aftermarket heatsink cooler will void warranty...

Another thing, I would highly recommend getting a quiet PSU. I've been living with a loud Sparkle Power for the past 5 years, and it's really something I regret (although besides the noise, Sparkle Power makes high quality units).
Seasonic and Corsair (which is made by Seasonic) are good quality and quiet PSU's. I'm sure someone can recommend some other brands too.

Not too experienced with memory, but people have been recommending the Corsair DDR2 800 ones for $113.

I don't mind the noise actually, the white noise of fans helps me sleep. Ram prices seem to change every day so I plan on finding the best deal of the day when I order it.
