Upgrading PC

I have a dell Power Edge 2400 and i want to turn it into a gaming PC, anybody have any recommendations my budget is from $500-$530 for new componets:D i just want to have a geforce 8600 gt so i can play age of empires 3 and gears of war and bioshock

I just did a quick google on the specs and it doesn't look promising. It looks like it's a Pentium III with PCI slots only? Sorry, it won't be a gamer. A Pentium III is way behind par and PCI video cards are weak gamers.

I'd save up a little more to boost your budget some and start with a new computer.
