Time to decide what direction to upgrade... :)
Here's what I taking from my current rig:
D-Link Gigabit PCI NIC
Soundblaster Fatal1ty PCI Soundcard
Keyboard + Mouse
Monitor
Speakers
Case
Here's what I plan on upgrading to:
Video Card:
EVGA 640-P2-N821-AR GeForce 8800GTS 640MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Video Card - Retail (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16814130071) $379.99 (MIR)
PSU:
Antec True Power Trio TP3-650 ATX12V 650W Power Supply with Three 12V Rails - Retail (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16817371001) $104.99 (IR and MIR)

CPU:

Motherboard:
GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16813128050) $129.99
Total: $1,032.42 shipped
Picking up some Arctic Silver 5 and a few case fans. I'm contemplating an aftermarket heatsink for that CPU...
This is for a main use computer that does a little bit of everything (video editing, games, surfing), my only concern is that all of my hard drives are IDE and I prefer not to upgrade to SATA until I have to.
This is also my first Intel build, so I paired it with a Gigabyte Intel board. Good/Bad idea?
