What motherboard? The parts you listed will work together other, they hook into the motherboard. So as long as they are compatible with the motherboard you are good to go.

I'm leary of any 550W power supply that costs $45-$50. I'd expect pay twice as much for a solid quality unit. Also, why a Pentium 4? But the motherboard these'll be going on might answer my question.
