I am using win98se and Firefox 2.0.0.5 to fill out job applications online and am wondering if there is a way to save all my data so I do not have to keep writing all my information over and over? Also is there a way to print out the Job Application Form to Include all my data so I can at least have a filled out copy to speed up filling out new job applications? Thanks

It depends on where you are submitting your application. If you are on a jobs site like Hot Jobs or Monster then you can save your profile. If you are on the individual companies websites there isn't an easy way to keep the data since fields have different names.

You can save the app by either printing it off the page or by copying and pasting the page into Word or other Office app and printing from there.

You could try printing to PDF with PrimoPDF or some such thing. Then you could just go back and copy the text later

You could try one of those freeware/shareware multi-clipboards (I think you can enable that feature in Word too, if you have it).

Or, try a freeware macro utility where you assign a keystroke to your address, one for city, etc.
