My girlfriend bought a new video card a couple of months ago for her eMachines computer. The video card is a VisionTek ATI Radeon x1300 PCI card. It runs fine but at startup or each time we try to run the ATI software, we get this error message that is attached. Her computer is an eMachines T4010 with a Intel Celeron 340, 100GB hard drive, 512MB of ram running Windows XP Home.
Any help would be appreciated.

Here's a link for a similar problem and resolution. Seems you may need to uninstall your video drivers and reinstall etc. Read through the link for a better explanation...

If the PC used on-board video, it probably needs to be disabled in the BIOS and the drivers uninstalled. After uninstalling the the on-board drivers should redo the ATI drivers.

Thanks for the help. I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest drivers/software from ATI and now it works fine.
Thanks again.
