Video Card Coice

I am currently trying to match cpu, mobo, and video card for the best bang and cooperation among the three. My main purpose is home entertainment (tv, dvd, music, photo, burning) and some light gaming. I am looking at the E6750 or E6850 with P5K. Which video card would be my best match?

Would look to the Nvidia 8500 or 8600 series of cards. They are DX10, will game pretty good and won't break the bank.

8600GTS
2600XT (GDDR3 version)
8600GT

Thanks for your responses. As you can tell I'm new to the forum and computer builds. The matching of a video card even with the suggested 8500 & 8600 models has presented quit an array of choices. Memeory ranged from 128 to 512 and versions included superclocked. I wanted to specialize in the home entertainment area with minimal gaming. Probably in the moderate cost arena. Yet I look at the reviews of the 8500 & 8600 to find that they maybe moderate priced but far from moderate performance. Yet given my needs they may be all I require. I guess I am stuck with trying to get the best bang for my buck. Thanks again.

How would your suggestions change if I provided the whole picture? Sorry, I only thought about it recently. As above I am interested in a new build and as a newbie I am gathering info. I have all but decided on an E6750 and a P5K but the video card eludes me. I have purchased a new monitor with a resolution of 1920 x 1200. I should have thought about it yesterday. Do you have a specific recommendation for v card? Will ram need to be matched as well?
