frontpage 2003

Hello

I am trying to design a web page with frontpage 2003 ( for educational reasons , i know fp is out of date ) , but the "Layout tables and cells" task pane shows up dimmed with all the choices unavailable . I tried reinstalling fp but nothing improved .I'm pretty sure i'm following exactly the directions from the official fp manual .Any idea what might be wrong? T

Did you try complete or custom install

Make sure that you're in the designer panel (in other words, not looking at the HTML code)
