no boot

hello, I just built my office pc, but then I starting up NOTHING happens, monitor still black. Maybe someone can help me on this?

My fig.:
AMD 3000+
ASUS A7V600
1Gb Ram
550W power supply (brnd new)
9800pro Radeon
Creative Audigy

I had it working for 1 day, but after that nothing:(

I had it working for 1 day, but after that nothing:(What brand is the power supply? Hope it wasn't a cheap low quality one...those have a tendency to die suddenly and kill other computer components when they do.

No I dont think it is PS problem, because I replaced old one (it was working for years) but still have same problem.
PS name is OKIA 550W

OKIA is on the Bad Power Supply List on PC Mech.

ok I just started my pc! the jumpers was wrong connected.
But still have problem - MY USB'S DOESN'T WORK, NONE. what is wrong:mad:

Make sure the USB is enabled in your motherboards BIOS.
