Newly built PC gave blue screen and now wont turn on.

I built a new computer about two weeks ago, the peripherals are in my signature. I have Vista for the operating system. While I was typing an email, my computer went to an error blue screen, saying a hardware malfunction or something. Then, when the computer restarted, it showed two hard drives out of the four I use for my Raid10 array weren't there. From that point, it didn't go any further. I turned off the back of the power supply, and turned it on, and tried to turn on my computer. Now it wont turn on at all! No lights, fans, nothing.

You wouldn't happen to have a spare PSU handy? My first thought is the power supply is konking out. Try unplugging (the power) anything extra (the out of case procedure might not be a bad idea either) to reduce load on the PSU.
