Bios Update Help

i have this mobo thats on this link but what i wanna no is can someone help me find the bios that i need to update it with it says on the page there are 2 ways to update it and thats from a usb flash drive or from the windows desktop can someone tell me what bios i need and whats the best way to do it

Check the ASUS website for the latest BIOS drivers. Make sure you pay extra attention to the directions while updating/flashing the BIOS. If something inturupts it while updating, you will run into alot of problems.
